Bookings and service availability

These public pages are designed to mirror a simple airport parking website, so the legal copy below is intentionally concise and should be reviewed before go-live.

• Bookings can be requested online, by phone, or over email, and should ideally be placed at least 24 hours before departure.
• Requested collection and return times are planned carefully, but severe traffic, security alerts, flight disruption, and other operational issues can affect timing.
• The company may refuse or cancel a request if payment fails, operational capacity changes, or key travel details cannot be confirmed.

Pricing, payment, and overruns

• Parking charges are normally paid before service begins unless a separate arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
• Extended stays, midnight returns, or material changes to travel timing may trigger additional fees.
• Promo discounts are subject to campaign rules and may be withdrawn if the booking no longer meets the original offer criteria.

Changes and cancellations

• Cancellation and amendment windows should be published clearly on the live service and reflected in booking confirmations.
• Last-minute changes often create additional staffing or transfer costs and may therefore incur an administration fee.
• Part-used parking stays are usually charged against the original reservation unless the operator agrees otherwise.

Vehicle handover and liability

• Customers remain responsible for ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy, taxed, and legally insured for the entire period of custody.
• Any existing damage, mileage concerns, or dashboard recordings should be documented before handover.
• Liability for loss or damage should be limited in writing and aligned with the operator's insurance terms and claims procedure.

Exclusions and customer support

• The operator should not be responsible for indirect losses such as missed business, accommodation disruption, or consequential travel costs unless required by law.
• Claims must be reported promptly and investigated through a written support process before any liability decision is made.
• These terms should be reviewed by the business or legal counsel before using the site in production.
